I'm a Developer Advocate who started out as a software engineer, shipping features in Ruby on Rails and React at Calendly and running onboarding experiments that shaped how new users experienced the product. I love building, and that instinct never went away.
What pulled me toward advocacy was knowing what it feels like to be a blocked engineer: staring at a cryptic error with no clear next step, digging through outdated docs, losing an afternoon to something that should have taken ten minutes. I moved into Developer Advocacy to close that gap, building the API docs, tutorials, videos, talks, and reference implementations I wish I'd had.
I spent years as an international flight attendant before switching into software. Turns out explaining procedures clearly to a packed cabin under pressure is excellent training for creating content developers actually use.
Architected a workflow combining Docusign APIs with a major financial institution's validation services: shipped the GitHub repo, authored the technical blog post, and produced a 15-minute video walkthrough for developer audiences.
Identified a gap in developer onboarding and designed a structured program for newly hired internal developers; launched the initiative, drove adoption, and iterated based on direct developer feedback.
Ran recurring live office hours answering developer questions on Docusign APIs, with positive feedback and high engagement. Metrics show my sessions are consistently among the highest-rated.
Established the developer content strategy for MCP server integration from the ground up: the full library of tutorials, technical content, and API documentation enabling developers to build agentic workflows on the platform.

Hosted a live community Q&A answering developer questions on automating agreement workflows with Docusign's APIs and Workflow Builder.
